We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, it is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
1. The order still contains all appropriate parts and components, and the packaging has arrived exactly as the product was delivered.
2. Normal handling of the product is evident; breakage due to careless handling is excluded.
3. Products for which hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
4. The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
5. We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
6. The return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.



How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, you must follow the steps below to initiate the return process:

• Make sure the email includes the following information:

Order number
Reason for the return request
Photo of the product in case of damage
Customer’s first and last name
Customer’s address

We will then contact you and provide you with the return address. Never send the return to the sender; we will provide the correct address after your request.

You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs of the product.

The consumer has the right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activity.



A. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Right of Cancellation

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has received or accepted the last goods.

Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund is not possible once the goods have been received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us velier by means of a clear statement (for example, by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is completed once we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.


Registration for Shipments in Transit

As our products are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them. Of course, you may inform us in advance of your cancellation.

To ensure the fastest possible refund, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, with the exception of delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract and the goods.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
